Pittsburgh Survival Football Contest Rules & Regulations

THE CONTEST
Pittsburgh Survival Football is a contest of skill that requires each contestant to select one football team to win in each week of the National Football League regular season. No team can be selected more than once during the season. If the team selected on any week wins, the contestant will remain in the contest. If the team selected loses or ties, the contestant is eliminated from the contest. If no players pick a winner in a given week, they will all move on to the next week. The winner will be the last contestant remaining in the contest. If multiple players survive to the end of the contest they will be declared co-winners and share the title.

ENTERING
To enter the contest you first need to be assigned a contest number. Multiple entries are allowed but you must acquire a separate contest number for each entry (note: you must acquire a new number(s) each year) . The contest is hosted online at officefootballpool.com. If you are not already registered at the site you need to go to the website at http://www.officefootballpool.com and register with a screen name and password of your choice. You then can join by email invitation or directly at the web site by entering the Pool Id number and Pool Password for the current year – both are separate from your personal screen name and password and both are provided with your contest number(s). Once logged in fill out all required information and place your contest number(s) in the reference field. You must place your contest number(s) in the reference field to be able to make picks.

ENTERING PICKS
Each person will be responsible for entering their picks on the website. To enter picks, you need to sign into the website with your screen name and password then go to "My Picks" for the picksheet. If you are eligible for more than one pick, click the link: "Click here to add entries" and on the drop down list select the number of entries you are eligible for. Players without internet access can make arrangements to have their picks entered for them.

PICK DEADLINE
The pick deadline is Sunday 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Once a game starts, picks for that game are locked and can't be changed or entered. You can only enter or change picks for games that haven't started. For more information about how the website handles deadlines, check the FAQ page.

AUTOPICKS
If you forget to enter your pick, the website will assign you the biggest favorite of the week, of games that have not started and a team not previously picked. The point spreads will be provided by OfficeFootballPool.com. The autopicker will only assign you a pick for games being played after the deadline. If two teams are tied for the biggest favorite, the website will assign one randomly.

CONFIRMING PICKS
It is the sole responsibility of all players to confirm that their picks are accepted by the website. There are many ways to do this. One, is to get a pick confirmation email. When entering picks, check the box to receive a pick confirmation and the website will send it to your registered email address. Two, return to the picksheet, not by using your browser's back button, but by clicking on a link, such as PICKS>My Picks. If your pick was accepted it will be prefilled on the picksheet. A third way to confirm your pick is to check the standings page. If your pick is in, it will show up on the standings or poolwide picks page.

DISPUTES
It is the sole responsibility of every player to ensure that their picks were entered correctly. If there is ever a discrepancy between what the website shows and what the player thinks they entered, the website will be considered correct, except in the very rare instance where the website manager confirms that a website error caused the discrepancy.

By participating in Pittsburgh Survival Football you agree to all the rules and regulations set forth and accept all decisions made by Pittsburgh Survival Football and OfficeFootballPool.com on all matters of fact or interpretation of the rules. All decisions are final.
